Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.

Able to work methodically, accurately, and neatly. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for this position, good English grammar and spelling skills, along with ability to work well in a team and with diverse types of members. Able to communicate clearly and effectively on the telephone.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma is required, some college preferred. At least three years of work experience in an office environment position is required.
Good oral, written, and communication skills are required. Ability to read and interpret general business documents. Good English grammar and spelling skills required. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on the telephone.
Must have mastered basic math skills.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Must possess a specific level of communication skill both verbal and written. Ability to work in a multi-task environment taking into account various external factors and to communicate efficiently.
Must be computer literate with knowledge and experience in word processing and spreadsheet softwares. Ability to learn and use association specific software. Familiarity with the internet preferred.
