SUMMARY The Equipment Coordinator is responsible for packing and unpacking shipments as well as the distribution of products for the education, conferences and publications departments.  This role is respoinsible for making sure the shipments are packed and shipped according to the equipment needed, date needed and allowing for shipping time.  This role will be responsible for maintaining the course equipment and checking it as it comes back from courses as well as checking the equipment at the training centers.  This role will utilize a warehouse management system to assist in the packing and tracking inventory.

SUMMARY The Distribution Center (DC) Senior Manager is responsible for the product distribution and warehousing in Houston, Pittsburgh and international locations including shipping, receiving, storage, maintenance and monitoring of company owned property and equipment.   The DC Sr. Manger will work their Director to develop the strategy, vision and goals for the Distribution Center as well as ensuring the property safety procedures are followed.  This position is a working manager position and is routinely expected to be able to step in and help meet shipping deadlines.

SUMMARY The Certification Exam Developer position is responsible for the development, maintenance, and performance monitoring of AMPP certification examinations including exam updates. In addition, the role will be required to perform facilitation of in-person and virtual meetings with subject matter experts to ensure that the end-result is based on actual job role requirements. Examples of tasks include exam development, item writing, item referencing, item bank maintenance, preparation of materials for item review and preparation of exam forms for Test Production. This individual will also ensure that all exams meet or exceed legal defensibility process and policy requirements as stipulated by the AMPP Certification program office. Detailed focus on items quality and exam security is central to this role.

SUMMARY This position is a key function within the AMPP certification program development team responsible for providing direction and strategy in the development and management of certification examinations which includes; Job Task Analysis, item reviews, item analysis, exam blue printing, cut score setting and test updates using psychometric proven processes. In addition, this role will be required to ensure to that legally defensible models and processes are followed through entire exam lifecycle process. Furthermore, this role will have a direct relationship with the AMPP exam delivery vendor to ensure exam security policies and protocols are in place and strictly adhered to.
