The HR business partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource‐related issues. The successful HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR‐related needs. Communicating needs proactively with NACE and business unit leadership, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions for employee actions. The position executes all HR activities to deliver value‐added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. This position may include international human resource responsibilities. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, strategy, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.
The scheduling specialist owns the budgeting, scheduling, personnel, vendors and equipment assigned to NACE Education courses globally. As the first contact with NACE Education they treat vendors as valued customers and ensures that vendors, contractors and clients have a good experience working with NACE staff.
The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the organization in achieving its objectives in the global marketplace, as detailed in the NACE Strategic and Business Plans, through initiating and capitalizing on business opportunities, strong government relations, and leading the organization’s operations in geographies outside the USA. This position is also responsible for being the liaison to the Board of Directors, the Board of Trustee, sections and members from the NACE Areas outside the USA.

The Sponsorship and Events Coordinator is responsible for all fulfillment services for NACE corporate sponsorships by working closely with the marketing, sales, and conferences and exhibits teams, vendors and other internal departments to ensure proper execution of sponsor benefits. The position works closely with the Sponsorship Development Manager in executing the details of organizational sponsorships and the annual conference, and is cross-trained in both area and topical event support.
The Conference Coordinator assists in the delivery of the NACE annual conference and area/topical events, providing strong administrative and logistical support. The position works closely with the Conference Manager in executing the details of the annual conference and is cross trained in both area and topical event support.
This position is responsible for the implementation and execution of integrated marketing plans, budgets, and promotional campaigns for multiple product/service lines, while ensuring proper brand image across all marketing/promotion communications.
