SUMMARY  Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Manager of Accounting Operations is an experienced accounting professional, functioning independently and acting as back up to various functions within the Finance department. The Sr. Psychometrician and Certification Developer is a key function within the NACE Institute certification program development team. This position is responsible for ensuring proper process and methodologies in the development and management of certification examinations which includes; Job Task Analysis, item reviews, item analysis, exam blue printing, cut score setting, forensic analysis and test updates using psychometric proven processes. In addition, this role will be required to ensure that legally defensible models and processes are followed through entire exam lifecycle process. Furthermore, this role will have a direct relationship with the NACE Institute exam delivery vendor to ensure exam security policies and protocols are in place and strictly adhered to. Additionally, this individual will assess current models and processes to help drive the NACE Institute toward ISO 17024 standards compliance.   The Sr. Psychometrician and Certification Developer is also expected to assume responsibility for the overall development and delivery across the certification portfolio working collaboratively across various internal and external parties to ensure the business and field is represented during the development cycle.
